Due partly to the upcoming change away from flash and the fact that the game was no longer profitable, the developers sadly decided to end the game. Cash purchases were turned off November 13 and the game was shut down on December 11, 2019. See also their video announcement of shutdown and announcement on their Facebook page. Quests below are listed chronologically in the order they came out.
GREEN vs YELLOW BACKGROUNDS: Quest Chains shown in the following section with a green background appear to be currently available. Quests shown here in yellow were retired in January 2015. They are still shown on this CURRENT QUEST PAGE because anyone who got past the FIRST quest of a retired quest chain will reportedly still have the quest chain and be able to finish them. (This applies to quests shown in yellow in THIS SECTION ONLY. Under the current THEME QUESTS shown further down on the page, a yellow background indicates the chain has expired and no on has access to it any more no matter how many they completed.)
Although several quest chains were retired, since this happened back in January, we already got 3 new "permanent" quest chains! Newer players also get a huge amount of tutorial quests that players who started more than a couple years ago never got.

- All of these quests unlock at level 150.
- NOTE: "FEED" simply means use the contraption.
- NOTE: You can only HARVEST Cigarette Butts, Groovy Tunes, or Salty Nuts from the 3 new plants grown from Jackpot Seeds. Collecting any of these things from an Irish Tavern does not count toward these quests.
- ALERT: Be careful. Red Dragon is available for coins or Pot Bucks. (Medical Dragon also grows red dragon and can be used for these quests.)
- Green Dragon is available from repeaters and repeater share posts on the newsfeed.
- 3/17/2015: The requirements for this quest chain are similar to the requirements for the "Dank Dragons" quest pack (available for $3.99usd to players level 15+.) Check it out and consider working on both together to prevent duplicating efforts.

- This single quest was released on June 4, 2012. It was a "teaser" quest to encourage players to buy the GAME of Chrons Chronic Quest pack. Purchasing that quest pack made this quest easy. However, as of 6/10/13, that quest pack could no longer be purchased. (It does go on sale occasionally.) Without that quest pack, the only way to get the banners needed to complete this quest is by planting a lot of green dragon and earning them from Green Dragon AWARDS (trophies).

The first 21 quests in this chain were added on June 21, 2012, and are available to to players level 23+. Quests 22-42 were added on 6/25/12, for players level 62+. There is no expiration date listed. This is a permanent quest chain.
This used to be listed here as simply "New Floyd Quest Chain", but I found out how the devs refer to this quest chain. The name "ENTRE PRETENSION" is Spanish for "Between Claim", but I'm not sure what they mean by this.

Note: Some of the Floyd Quests are based on level. If you level up past the available range, they could go away.

- Hint: (not relevant!) Get yourself a clinic and take it out of storage. Then sell grampa some herbs.
- Guru Says: Strangely, this quest unlocks at level 74. However, Red Dragon unlocks for coins at level 76. (You could buy Medical Dragon for pot bucks though.) Selling Grandaddy Purple SEEDS received as gifts also counts toward selling 26 GDP for this quest. The hint is irrelevant and refers to an old requirement for the quest that is no longer required.

Level Signs Quests: floydquests.php#level
These quests start unlocking at level 100 and give you a protection sign that offers protection but doesn't take up any space. You must be the appropriate level to get a quest and you must have completed previous quests in this chain. (If you're level 300+, you need to do the 100 and 200 sign quests to open up the 300 quest.) As always, prior purchases do not count toward completing these quests. You must meet the requirements after the quest has opened up to you. (NOTE: It appears that the quests may actually appear 5 levels early, though, for some quests, the things needed to complete them don't unlock until the levels listed below.)
The first of these quests (Level 100-500) were released Dec 20, 2011. See info below for dates of subsequent additions.
On 3/26/14, this chain of quests was accidentally reset so players over level 100 had to (got to) start over at the beginning of this quest chain. It was a mistake. The devs had recently changed how their quest backend works and there were some quest issues they were working to sort out.
